STUDIO PROGRAM POLICY

KID PROGRAM (Gr.1-7)

Cancellation Policy

In the event that the program does not meet the minimum registration requirement and the class cannot proceed, we reserve the right to cancel the program. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.

For students wishing to withdraw from the class 2 weeks before the program commences, we will issue a refund with a $15 CAD admin fee deducted. The full tuition can also be transferred as credit for future use (within one year from the time being issued).

For students wishing to withdraw from the class within 2 weeks before the program commences, no refunds or credit will be issued.

Once the class has commenced, no refunds will be issued for students opting to withdraw from the program. We appreciate your understanding of these policies.

ABSENT & MAKE-UP CLASS POLICY

Once the program has started, there will be no refund provided for students who are absent due to illness or personal reasons. Makeup classes, with a maximum limit of two per term, will be provided. In such circumstances, the makeup session will occur on another day of the week with available seats and possibly a different instructor. Students are required to notify us in advance or submit the online Absent Form before the class. A late Absent Form will be considered as missing the class.

In the event of class cancellation due to the instructor's illness or extreme weather conditions, a credit will be issued for future class payment deductions.

TEENAGER PROGRAM (GR. 8-12)

ABSENT & MAKE-UP CLASS POLICY

Once the program has started, there will be no refund provided for students who are absent due to illness or personal reasons. Makeup classes will be provided. In such circumstances, the makeup session will have to be completed within the month. Students are required to notify us in advance or submit the online Absent Form before the class. A late Absent Form will be considered as missing the class.

In the event of class cancellation due to the extreme weather conditions, make-up class will be offered.

ADULT PROGRAM

Cancellation Policy

Green Apple Art Centre reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment requirement. Classes with an enrollment of fewer than 3 students may be canceled up to 3 days before the scheduled start date. The minimum enrollment numbers depend on studio capacity. Typically, cancellations will occur 2 to 7 days before the start date, and affected students will be notified via email. Students from canceled classes may be transferred to another class at no additional cost or receive a full refund.

In cases of instructor illness or extreme weather conditions, Green Apple Art Centre will make every effort to provide a substitute rather than canceling a class. If a substitute is unavailable, a replacement attendance date will be scheduled. No refund or makeup class is available for students who miss a class.

There will be no refunds issued for cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the start of the class. You may switch to another time for the same or different class or transfer the money to credit that can be used within one-year from the issued date.
